Shipping policy
At Steadi, we want your order to reach you as quickly as possible so you can get started. All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse and delivered by Royal Mail.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1 working day of being placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
2. UK Delivery
We currently ship to mainland UK addresses only. This includes England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Standard Delivery
• Carrier: Royal Mail Tracked 48
• Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch
• Cost: Free on all orders
Delivery timescales are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.
3. Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with your Royal Mail tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel in real time at royalmail.com or via the Royal Mail app.
If you have not received a dispatch confirmation email within 2 working days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us at support@getsteadi.co.uk and we will look into it straight away.
4. Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout. Steadi cannot be held responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address being provided.
If you realise you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us at support@getsteadi.co.uk as soon as possible. We will do our best to amend the address if your order has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is in the system.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts
If Royal Mail is unable to deliver your parcel, they will leave a notification card and either attempt redelivery or hold the parcel at your local delivery office for collection. Parcels held at a delivery office are typically available for collection for 18 days before being returned to us.
If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery or non-collection, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery charge may apply to cover postage costs.
6. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us at support@getsteadi.co.uk with your order number. We will raise an investigation with Royal Mail.
Royal Mail defines a parcel as lost after 10 working days from the expected delivery date. Once a parcel is confirmed as lost, we will send a replacement order or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship to UK addresses only. We plan to expand to international shipping in the future. If you are based outside the UK and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please email us at support@getsteadi.co.uk and we will add you to our waiting list.
