Refund policy

1. Our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind Steadi No. 01 completely. If you do not feel a genuine difference within 60 days of your first order, we will refund you in full.

No return required. No questions asked. No fine print.

To claim your refund under the guarantee:

       Email us at support@getsteadi.co.uk within 60 days of your original purchase date

       Include your order number in the subject line

       Tell us briefly what you experienced — this helps us improve

       We will process your refund within 5 working days of receiving your email

 

Your refund will be returned to the original payment method. You do not need to return the product.

 

2. Returns Outside the Guarantee Period

Outside of the 60-day guarantee window, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, unused product, or products that have been opened.

If you have a query about an order placed more than 60 days ago, please contact us and we will do our best to help, though we cannot guarantee a refund in these circumstances.

 

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

When contacting us about a damaged or incorrect item, please include:

       Your order number

       A description of the issue

       A photograph of the damage or incorrect item where possible

 

We will respond within 2 working days and resolve the issue promptly.

 

4. Orders Not Received

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch notification (UK standard delivery), please contact us at support@getsteadi.co.uk with your order number.

We will investigate with Royal Mail and, if the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Please note that we are unable to be responsible for parcels that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect delivery address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order.

 

5. Subscription Orders

If you are on a subscription, you may cancel at any time before your next dispatch date through your account dashboard or by emailing support@getsteadi.co.uk. Cancellation requests received after your order has been dispatched cannot be applied to that order but will take effect from the following month.

Refunds for subscription orders are subject to the same 60-day guarantee terms above, applied to each individual order from its dispatch date.

7. Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt for any reason and receive a full refund. To exercise this right, notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer in this instance, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from this policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
